Our Lady of Victory Academy Transcripts and Official Records

All Our Lady of Victory Academy transcripts will be housed at St. Catharine Academy in the Bronx, New York.  Any graduate or former student of OLVA may request a copy of their high school transcript or immunization record. You can print out a copy of the Transcript Request Form and mail it back to us along with the $10 processing fee for each copy requested   (CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY) payable to Our Lady of Victory Academy. You may also submit the completed form by e-mail and mail the processing fee separately. You can also pay for the transcript via credit card by clicking the link below.
